Roman Catholic Diocese of Saluzzo

The diocese of Saluzzo (Latin: Dioecesis Salutiarum, Italian: Diocese of Saluzzo ) is a located in Italy Roman Catholic diocese based in Saluzzo.

History

The diocese of Saluzzo was established on October 29, 1511 by Pope Julius II with the Apostolic Constitution Pro excellenti out of territory of the diocese of Mondovi and the Holy See under the direct authority. On October 30, 1629 the seminary of the diocese of Saluzzo was built.

The diocese of Saluzzo in 1803 the Archdiocese of Turin is a suffragan.
