Roman Catholic Diocese of Biella

The Diocese of Biella (Latin: Dioecesis Bugellensis, Italian: Diocese of Biella) is located in Italy Roman Catholic diocese based in Biella.

History

The Diocese of Biella was established on June 1, 1772 by Pope Clement XIV with the Apostolic Constitution Praecipua demandati out of territory of the Archdiocese of Vercelli and the Archdiocese of Turin is a suffragan.

1803, the Diocese of Biella was dissolved. On July 17, 1817, the Diocese of Biella was built again by Pope Pius VII, with the Apostolic Constitution Beati Petri and the Archdiocese of Vercelli is a suffragan.
