Ronnie Burrell
Ronald Burrell ( born July 21, 1983 in New Jersey ) is an American professional basketball player who plays professionally in Europe after completing his studies in his home country.
During his studies, Burrell played at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for the high school team Spartans in the NCAA Division I. After his studies in 2005 he moved to Europe and played his first season abroad at Levallois in the French second division LNB Pro B. In he then became the German champion Rhein Energie in Cologne for the BBL season 2006/ 07 and the ULEB euro League committed in 2006/ 07. At the end of the season the club in 2007 German Cup winner in the final against the Artland Dragons was, however, different as defending against this team in the semifinals of the championship.
