Reviews

"Despite ( or because of) his opposition to all the trends of today, the film works well as an entertaining game with the traditions of romantic comedy. The direct comparison with Wilder's film illustrates, however painful, how much the cinematic language of modern Hollywood cinema has lost wealth: from the charming poetry, the moods and the dreams of the original remained only a little. "

" A remake that does not have to hide. "

"Even though Sydney Pollack a charming and witty comedy succeeded, the two main characters just do not have the acting class of Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart. "

" Sabrina is filmed as a pure fairy tale [ ... ] in some ways works better than the 40 year old model. Although the film a modern Audrey Hepburn missing, the game goes on with the traditions of romantic comedy. "
