Sankt Koloman is a municipality with 1639 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the province of Salzburg in Hallein district in Tennengau in Austria.

Geography
The municipality is located in Tennengau in Salzburg on a high plateau of the Salzach valley between Vigaun and Kuchl. Quarters are (formerly called Furberg ), Taugl and Tauglboden upper Langenberg. Until the end of May 1923, the village belonged to the district court Golling, since June 1, 1923 she is part of the judicial district of Hallein.

History
1506 was the first mention of the June 8, in honor of St. Koloman consecrated church. After the fire of 1768 in 1805 the inauguration of the newly built church.
Coat of arms
The municipal coat of arms is: "In green a silver wave beams, accompanied in the right upper corner of a Golden Crosses and overlaid with a circular, downwardly sloping golden rope sling, which is diagonally left through infected by a golden pilgrim's staff. "
