The Office Seelow -Land [ ze ː lo ː ] is a 1992 formed Office in Brandenburg, in which initially contains 14 municipalities in the former county had Seelow (today district or Mark- Land, Brandenburg ) together to form a management group. The seat is in the town of Seelow. Through municipal mergers, the number of managed communities has decreased five municipalities.

Geographical location

The Office is located in the southern part of the Mark- Or land in Brandenburg ( Germany ) and is bordered to the west on the town Muencheberg, on the north by the Office Neuhardenberg, on the east by the official free town of Seelow, and the Office Golzow, on the southeast by the Office Lebus and in the south.

The municipalities with its districts

The Office has laut Hauptsatzung five member communities:

  • Falk Hagen (Mark) with the inhabited parts of the municipality George valley and Raincoat
  • Fichtenhöhe with the hamlets of Old Mahlisch, Carzig and Niederjesar
  • Lietzen with the inhabited parts of the municipality Lietzen, North and Vorwerk
  • Lindendorf with the districts Dolgelin, Libbenichen, New Mahlisch and Saxony village
  • Vierlinden with the hamlets of Old Rosenthal, Diedersdorf, Friedersdorf, Görlsdorf, Marxdorf, New Temple, and What

History

On 1 July 1992, the Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg gave its approval for the formation of the Office Seelow country. As the time of conclusion of the Office July 6, 1992 was set. The office was located in the office free town of Seelow, and consisted of 14 municipalities of the former district of Seelow:

On 25 October 2002 the Ministry of the Interior of Brandenburg approved the merger of the municipalities Old Mahlisch, Carzig and Niederjesar merged to spruce height as well as the merger of the municipalities Dolgelin, Libbenichen, New Mahlisch and Saxony village to the new community Lindendorf and the merger of the municipalities Diedersdorf, Friedersdorf, Marxdorf and What the new community Vierlinden. All concentrations were quite effective October 26, 2003. October 26, 2003, the municipality Werbig was incorporated into the town of Seelow.
