Shinahota Municipality

The municipality Shinahota is a district in the department of Cochabamba in the South American Andes State of Bolivia.

Location in near space

The municipality Shinahota is one of two Municipalities of the province Tiraque. It is bordered to the west by the province of Chapare, to the southwest by the municipality of Tiraque, and on the east by the province of Carrasco. By 4 July 2009, the municipality was Shinahota as Cantón Central Busch part of the municipality of Tiraque until it was declared independent in 2009.

Geography
