Simon Mathew

Simon Mathew ( born May 17, 1983 in Grenaa, Jutland ) is a Danish pop singer. He is the brother of the teen - pop singer Rebekka Mathew. Mathew won the Danish preliminary decision, the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix and represented Denmark at the Euro Vision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade (Serbia ) with his song All Night Long. After he had secured in the final on 22 May 2008 in the second semi-final in third place participation, he reached there on 24 May 2008, a total of 25 participants, the 15th place with 60 points.

Mathews first solo album was released in 2005. His first single These Arms was five weeks represented in the Danish charts Tjeklisten and reached number three in the official sales charts. Mathews second single Dreamer was published by a local Danish radio station to a wide audience.
