Spellbound is the second music album of the singer Paula Abdul from the year 1990.

Background

Paula Abdul Spellbound published on 14 May 1991 on their record label Virgin Records. The album was an international success and included hits with the songs of Rush Rush, The Promise of a New Day, Blowing Kisses in the Wind, Vibeology and Will You Marry Me? , All of which were released as singles. The songs Rush Rush and The Promise of a New Day in the U.S. were both number one hits and thus Abdul's fifth and sixth number-one hit in the U.S.. The album also reached # 1 on the Billboard 200 and was honored in the United States with triple platinum. Worldwide the album sold over 12 million copies.
