Splash - A Virgin on the hook (Original Title: Splash ) is an American comedy film from the year 1984 was directed by Ron Howard from a screenplay written Brian Grazer, Bruce Jay Friedman, Lowell Ganz and Babaloo Mandel.. Action

The little boy Allen Bauer, who can not swim falls, during a family trip to Cape Cod from the ferry and is rescued by a beautiful girl.

Years later, Allen and his brother Freddie owner of a fruit and vegetable trade in New York City. He is dissatisfied with his life and leads an unhappy relationship. When his girlfriend separated from him, Allen gets drunk and then decides to go back to Cape Cod. There he meets the paranoid marine biologist Dr. Walter Kornbluth.
