Stratov

Stratov ( German Stratow ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located five kilometers east of Lysa nad Labem and belongs to fulltext your real estates.

Geography

Stratov is rechtselbisch on the East Bohemian panel. To the south runs the railway line Kolin - Decin, in the Stratov has a railway station. In the north, the same tip Stratov (206 m) rises. In the northern periphery of the village there are several abandoned Plänerbrüche. To the south is the floodplain Mydlovarský luh.

History

Stratov was founded on November 8, 1357 by Puta elders of Častolowitz, who had in 1346 after the extinction of the race of Kostomlat inherited the castle Mydlovar rule under German law. The village was created by deforestation in the forest area Doubrava.

In the 15th century the Lords of Kunštát and Podiebrad owner of the village were.
