Stříbrnice (Přerov District)

Stříbrnice ( German Strzibernitz, 1939-1945 silver village) is a village in the Czech Republic. It is located four kilometers southwest of Kojetin and belongs to Okres Přerov.

Geography

Stříbrnice is located on the right side of the creek Haná Stříbrnický creek in Hornomoravský úval (Upper Moravian Valley ). Through the village leads the state road I/47 between Vyškov and Kroměříž. 600 m south of the village runs the D1 motorway, lies behind the pond Vitčický fishpond.

Neighboring towns are Merovice nad Hanou in the north, Kojetin in the northeast, Křenovice in the east, in the southeast Kovalovice, Vlčí Doly and Vitčice in the south, Pavlovice u Kojetína and Tištín in the southwest, and Mořice Vrchoslavice in the west and Dlouhá Ves in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of the village belonging to the reign Kojetin Stříbrníci was 1495th The village was built on the northern edge of a large forest area on the trade route from Kroměříž to Vyškov. At the beginning of the 16th century was William II of Pernštejna owner of the mortgage rule Kojetin. Other forms of the name were Strzibernitz, Střibernitz, Střibrnitz, Stržibernitz ( 1676 ), Stříbernik (1846 ) and Střibernicium (1863 ) .. On 20 December 1720 mortgage fell back to the bishopric of Prague and in 1726 sold Archbishop Franz Ferdinand of Kuenburg the rule Kojetin to Marie Elisabeth of Schleswig -Holstein - Gottorp. Until the mid- 19th century, the village remained subservient always Kojetin.

After the abolition of patrimonial Stříbrnice / Strzibernitz formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team Kremsier. In 1855 the community was the district Kojetin and 1868 re- assigned to the district Kremsier. Since 1877, the village belonged to Okres Přerov. In 1905 a school was built in Stříbrnice, before the lessons were held in Vrchoslavice. During the German occupation of the place was the German name silver village. In 1949 the parish was assigned to the Okres Kojetin, after its abolition in 1960 she came back to Okres Přerov. Stříbrnice was incorporated in 1976 as a district Kojetin V Stříbrnice after Kojetin. The school was closed in 1978. Since 1990 Stříbrnice again forms a separate municipality. Between 2007 and 2009, the highway section was Mořice - Kojetin built, before following the 2006 archaeological excavations. Ethnographic the community belongs to Hanna.
