The suidobashi Station (in Japanese水 道桥 駅, -eki suidobashi ) is located in Chiyoda Bunkyō and located in Tokyo, Japan. On line network plans of the Toei station is called I- 11 for the Mita line.

History

The station was opened on 24 September 1906 as a passenger station of the private Kinoe Railroad. Just one week after the opening of the station was, however, on October 1, 1906, as part of the nationalization of all private railways in the hands of the Japanese National Railways.

On June 30, 1972, the Metro Station of the Tokyo Metropolitan Office was opened and a train line 6 held for the first time at the station. In 1978 took place on 1 July, the renaming of line 6 in Mita Line. On April 1, 1987, the station went on the privatization of the former state railways of the JR Higashi- Nihon successor. Since 18 November 2001, at the JR station, the Suica or accepted since March 18, 2007 at the Toei station the PASMO as electronic tickets.

Design and tracks

Both stations are built in the most commonly encountered design as a through train stations and feature two platform tracks.

JR Higashi Nihon - platforms

The platform tracks at the JR Higashi- Nihon station runs in an East -West direction and are served by two side platforms from. The tracks of the Chūō Main Line run directly south of the platforms and are structurally separated from it by walls.

Platforms Toei

The station Mita Line is located just north of JR Higashi- Nihon station in the underground under the National Road 301 in North-South direction. The two platform tracks are serviced by a single central platform from.

Environment

Directly north or east of the station is the site of the Tokyo Dome with its stadium, shopping center La Aqua and amusement park.

Use

In 2008, the station from an average of 88 258 passengers was used on the day, so that the 47th took over 900 on the ranking of the busiest train stations of JR Higashi- Nihon in 2008. The train station of Toei Mita Line took on average in 2008 on the day of 21 658 and 21 506 zusteigende embarkation.
