Tehuelches Department

The department Tehuelches lies in the west of the province of Chubut in southern Argentina and is one of the 15 administrative units in the province.

It is bordered to the north by the Departamento Languiñeo, on the east by the department of Paso de Indios, on the south by the department of Río Senguer and to the west by Chile.

The capital of the department is Tehuelches José de San Martín.
