Thomas Broker 2008

Thomas Broker (born 22 January 1985 in Meppen ) is a German football player.

Career

At the age of six years Broeker began in the district of Meppen Hemsen playing football. For the SV Hemsen he played until 1995 when he moved to Union Meppen. Age of 13, he joined the youth wing of the locally most successful club SV Meppen. When SV Meppen, the center forward went through the youth teams, until at last, became the first team that played in the Oberliga Nord -team regular.

Before the start of season 2004/ 05 he spent 25,000 euros on 1 FC Cologne. There he completed 15 games for the first team in the Bundesliga 2 and 25 games for the amateur team in the Regionalliga Nord. Shortly before the start of the 2005 /06 Broker was hired for a year at second division Dynamo Dresden. End of August 2006, he moved in spite of a valid until the end of the 2006/ 07 contract a few hours before the end of the exchange period for SC Paderborn 07

After the 2006/ 07 season seemed to be in agreement with Thomas Broker Dynamo Dresden - with the club, for whom he had played in the 2005/06 season. However, even though the contract had already been signed, Dresden stepped back from it. Paderborn was on a release for Broker who do not pay Dynamo was ready. Once agreed, both clubs had played Broker from the 2007/ 08 season again at Dynamo Dresden.

For the season 2009/10 he moved to second division side Rot Weiss Ahlen, in which he, however, was only one season under contract. For the season 2010/11 he moved to Fortuna Dusseldorf. In his first season he came in 25 missions on five goals and ended up with the Fortuna seventh Bundesliga 2. In his second year in Dusseldorf he rose with the club in third place in the Bundesliga.

In summer 2012, undertook the first FC Cologne Broker. He signed a three-year contract until 30 June 2015.
