Three Snakes and One Charm is the fourth album by the Black Crowes. The recordings took place in autumn 1995, it was published in summer 1996. It extends the well-known band of the sound spectrum of soul, rock, funk and rock and roll to a psychedelic dimension. Unlike Amorica on the predecessor. have the background singers again an important share of the sound of the album and put gospel- like accents (eg: Girl From A Pawnshop ). On the album cover a puck is shown, which is used in vinyl singles with a large center hole for this to be able to play it on a regular turntable. A limited edition of the album contains a bonus an adapter and a band poster.
