Titus Welliver
Titus Welliver ( born March 12, 1961 in New Haven, Connecticut) is an American actor.
Life
Titus Welliver is the son of the landscape painter Neil Welliver ( 1929-2005 ). In the early 1980s he studied drama at the University of New York.
