To Rock or Not to Be is the twelfth studio album by the Swiss hard rock band Krokus.

Background
As for Fernando von Arb lymphatic cancer in 1992 has been determined, the future of crocus was not the first time in the history of the band uncertain. After Fernando von Arb 1994 was fully recovered, the band presented again in a new line-up - but one that was made up of already well-known musicians: The longtime frontman Marc Storace came back for Peter Tanner to the mike, Mark Kohler took over at place of Tony Castell back the rhythm guitar and Freddy steady, who already completed the band between To You All and One Vice at a Time, Peter Haas replaced on drums. From the previous line-up, stood beside von Arb, only Many Maurer left.
