Todi Jónsson
Todi Jónsson Adam ( born February 2, 1972 in Vejle, Denmark ) is a Faroese football player and second best scorer of the Faroese National Team.

His football career began at Jónsson KÍ Klaksvík. The first competitive game in 1989, he completed the third matchday of the league in first away game against GÍ Gøta. After a merger with another club for FC Amager followed in the 2008 / 09 season, the bankruptcy of the new association, Jónsson regretted it afterwards. Fremad Amager plays 2010/11 in the fourth division.
In 2009 he was again made a comeback for KÍ Klaksvík and achieved directly when first used in the first league goal. This should remain the only one in eight games, the first descent of the club could not prevent Jónsson.
National
By 2005, Jónsson played in the National Football Team of the Faroe Islands. He made his debut together with Eyðfinn Davidsen on 15 July 1991 in a friendly against Turkey in Tórshavn, where he scored the opening goal in a 1-1 draw. With nine goals in 45 games, he was, until November 21, 2007 Top scorer of his country (as Rógvi Jacobsen surpassed the record ). For the last time he stepped on 3 September 2005 in a World Cup qualifier against France, which was lost 0-3 at Lens. Jónsson says of himself that he, if he had not become a footballer, would be tennis players. Even beach volleyball is one of his recreational sports. He is a passionate movie-goers and lovers of Faroese painting.
