Tomas KaukÄ—nas

Tomas Kaukėnas ( born May 1, 1990 at Utena, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian biathlete.

Tomas Kaukėnas launched first time in 2006 at junior competitions of the European Cup (later IBU Cup ). First major event was the Junior World Championships in 2007 in Martell, where the Lithuanians in 20 single, was 60th in the sprint and 14th in the relay. Later in the year he took part in the junior competitions in the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2007 in Otepaeae, where he was 27th at the Cross Country competitions in the sprint and pursuit of the 28, 22 on roller skis in the sprint and 17th of persecution. This was followed by participation in the Junior World Championships 2008 in Ruhpolding.
