Residences
The residences of the orchestra in Vienna at the Musikverein and in Lower Austria in the Festspielhaus St. Pölten and in Grafenegg. History
The Musicians Orchestra of Lower Austria is one of the most important institutions of traditional music culture in Austria and continues for a restructuring in 2002, unconventional ways.
100 years of Musicians were asked in the 2007-2008 season as a motto at the center and launched as a set of moving orchestral Tales from Vienna and Lower Austria in memory. On October 10, 1907, the first concert of the Vienna Composers Orchestra took place at the Vienna Musikverein, which existed as an independent orchestra until 1914 and was still playing for the club until 1933 Vienna Composers concerts.

Following a restructuring in 2002, the orchestra is now called Musicians Orchestra of Lower Austria.
Conductors and soloists
The "second " Vienna Composers Orchestra was primarily led by Leopold Reich wine. With the transition to Gausymhonieorchester in 1939 took over the post of chief conductor of the Styrian Bert Costa. Programs
