Valj Semerenko

Walentyna ( Valya ) Olexandriwna Semerenko (Ukrainian Валентина ( Валя ) Олександрівна Семеренко, scientific transliteration Valentyna ( Valya ) Oleksandrivna Semerenko; born January 18, 1986 in Krasnopillja, Sumy Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Ukrainian biathlete. In start lists it is usually with the name Valj Semerenko.

Walentyna Semerenko is a sports teacher who operates since 2003 as its also active in the World Cup twin sister Viktoriya Semerenko the sport of biathlon. Since 2005, the Dynamo Sumy -starting, coached by Hryhorij Schamraj athlete belongs to the Ukrainian national team. Her debut in the Biathlon World Cup in 2005 she gave at a sprint ( 47 ) in Osrblie.
