2013–14 Biathlon World Cup

In the 2013/2014 season of the Biathlon World Cup was held for the 36th time. The highlight of the season was the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, the competitions were there - unlike in previous years, but not counted for the World Cup - with the exception of the mixed relay. As a substructure of the IBU Cup acted 2013/2014.

Starter quotas

The starting quota for the individual nations resulted from the results of the previous World Cup winter. On German television were broadcast live from the first or from the ZDF usually every race. Switzerland

Mid- April 2013 was the Swiss Association of Swiss-Ski, the first nation to the division squad for the new season known.
