Vesa-Matti Loiri

Vesa -Matti Loiri ( born January 4, 1945 in Helsinki) is a Finnish actor, musician and comedian. In Finland, he was mainly known through the presentation of Uuno Turhapuro, he played 1973-2004 in 20 films.

Career

Loiri began in 1962 with acting in feature films Pojat. Since then, he has appeared in over 50 feature films with Finnish. Furthermore, he borrowed the figure of the Genie in the animated film Aladdin 's voice and sang in the Disney production, the song Friend like Me

As a musician, published Loiri dozens of music albums. His albums were in Finland eleven gold and nine platinum awards. In 1980, he represented Finland at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1980 with the song Huilumies, but reached the last place of the 19 participants.
