Windows-1256

Windows -1256 is an 8 -bit character encoding of the Windows operating system. It is based on Windows 1252 and covers as opposed to ISO 8859-6 Arabic, Persian and Urdu from complete and contains all vowel signs. Likewise, the character set contains numerous small letters for writing the French, especially around communication in the Maghreb region easier.
