Geography
Miracle of life lies east of Straußfurt and west of the city Sömmerda on best soils on the Unstrut in the Thuringian basin.

History
744 the village was first mentioned in a document of the monastery of Fulda as Wunerslouben.
Miracle life was in 1664 affected by witch hunts. A woman was caught in a witch trial.
At the time of the Soviet occupation zone the mansion of the manor was demolished, though it was urgently needed for the quartered refugees from the eastern territories. The owners of the estate, family Liege, were expropriated without compensation. Today, there are of the large complex, only two former farm buildings. The rest of the area is overbuilt with houses. No street name and no signal panel point to the former existence of the manor.

The coat of arms was approved on 19 February 1997.
Blazon: " Half Split and divided; Up front in blue two silver crossed keys, top rear in silver a blue jug, down in black and a silver fish. "
The coat of arms of the municipality miracle of life relies on the coat of arms of the von scenting in his division. The scenting of the manor had Wundersleben from the 15th century until 1817 and thus decisively influenced the development of the community. The crossed silver key in blue are the arms of the family borrowed Hagke, who were the owners of the manor in the 14th and 15th century. Miracle of life is linked by the national highway 176 to the road network of the Federal Republic of Germany. There is also a bus service to Sömmerda and Erfurt.
