Wyn Roberts, Baron Roberts of Conwy

Ieuan Wyn Pritchard Roberts, Baron Roberts of Conwy, of Talyfan in the County of Gwynedd Kt PC ( * July 10, 1930 on Anglesey; † 14 December 2013 Rowen, Wales ) was a British journalist and politician of the Conservative Party, the 27 years member of the House of Commons was, and since 1997 was as a life peer member of the House of Lords.

Life

Journalist and Member of Parliament House of Commons

After school he worked as a journalist for the daily newspaper The Liverpool Post and then news editor at the BBC, before he was 1959-1968 Welsh Controller and Executive Producer at Television Wales and the West ( TWW ).
