Zarechny, Penza Oblast
Saretschny (Russian Заречный ) or 1962-1992 Penza -19 ( Пенза -19 ) is a closed town in Penza Oblast (Russia) with 63 601 inhabitants (as of October 14, 2010 ).
Geography
Saretschny than twelve kilometers east of the regional capital Pensa on the road to Samara (also known as Highway M5 known). The nearest towns are next to Pensa Gorodischtsche (34 km east of Saretschny ) and Sursk ( 35 km southeast ).

History
