2011 Aspria Tennis Cup Trofeo City Life

The Aspria Tennis Cup Trofeo City Life 2011 was the sixth edition of the tennis clay court tournament in Milan. It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour in 2011 and was discharged from the 13th to the 19th June 2011.

The field of the individual competition consisted of 32 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs. For the individual tournament, a qualifying round with 32 participants took place in the run-up in which four players were able to qualify for the main draw. The prize money of the event was a total of 30,000 €.

In single won the set at position three Spaniard Albert Ramos, who benefited from the injury-related task of his Kazakh opponent Evgeny Korolev in the second sentence in the final. This was the third Challenger singles title of his career and the first this year. Last year's winner Frederico Gil of Portugal did not appear to defend their title.

In the doubles competition, the top-seeded pair won consisting of the Spaniard Adrián Menéndez and the Italian Simone Vagnozzi the final against the unseeded Italian - Portuguese pairing of Andrea Arnaboldi and Leonardo Tavares in the match tie-break. This was Menéndez ` third success in a doubles tournament of the Challenger category of the career that he could all celebrate this season. For Vagnozzi it was the 14th tournament victory at a Challenger tournament in general and the fourth this season. Last year's winners Daniele Bracciali Rubén Ramírez Hidalgo from Italy and from Spain both did not occur to defend their title.
