2011 Open de Rennes

The Open de Rennes 2011 was a tennis tournament which took place in Rennes, France from 10 to 16 October 2011. It was Challenger as part of the ATP Tour in 2011, the sixth edition of the tournament and was held in the indoor hard courts.

Winner of the individual competition was at position three Julien Benneteau set, the lower-rated Olivier Rochus defeated a position in two sets. It was Benneteaus second title of the season and his first title at the Challenger level since 2004. Previous year's winner Marc Gicquel entered into this year not to defend his title.

In doubles, the unseeded pairing won consisting of Martin Emmrich and Andreas Siljeström. They also defeated the unseeded Kenny de Schepper and Edouard Roger -Vasselin in straight sets. Thus they remained throughout the tournament without dropping a set. It was the third Challenger title of the season for this pairing and their fifth joint title overall. For Emmrich it was also the eighth career title for the fifth Siljeström. Last year's winners Scott Lipsky and David Martin came into this year not at the tournament.

The field of the individual competition consisted of 32 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs.
