Bodenrode-Westhausen

Westhausen is a municipality in the Thuringian district of calibration field and office of the Management Community Leinetal. The place has a breakpoint at the Halle- Kassel railway.

History

Bodenrode was first West Hausen 1305 and 1146 mentioned in a document. Both places were from 1816 to Erfurt Regierungsbezirk of the Prussian Province of Saxony.

On 2 January 1992, the administrative community Leinetal was founded, at that time consisting of the still independent member communities Bodenrode and West Hausen, which merged on November 6, 1993.
