Fiefbergen
Fiefbergen is municipality in the district of Plön, in Schleswig- Holstein on the Wagrien Peninsula.
History
1286 Fiefbergen was first officially mentioned, but were most likely already around 1247. The name is probably derived from five mountains that are surrounding the village. But they are not seen. Maybe were still Wendish sacrificial altars that were once present in large numbers in the foundation in five places. In ancient records the name is also used as Vyffbergen, Viffbergen, or Viebargen.
Policy
Since the local elections of 2013, the voters Community UWF five and voters Community AWF has four seats in the municipal council.

Blazon: "From the blue and red divided by a scaled up fivefold silver bars. Above a silver flying forest bat ( Noctule: Nyctalus noctula ) in frontal view, down a silver Koppelpoort ".
