Klein Barkau
Small Barkau is a municipality in the region Barkauer land in the district of Plön, in Schleswig- Holstein. The landmark of the village is the mill on the access road to Boksee.
Geography and transport
Small Barkau is situated on the national highway 404 between Kiel and Bad Segeberg. Small Barkau lies about 9 km northeast of Bordesholm and about 11 km south of Kiel.
History
Small Barkau is formed at the beginning of the 14th century from Borkowe and German - Barkau.
