Rastorf
Rastorf is a municipality in the district of Plön, in Schleswig- Holstein. In addition to the Good Rastorf and its former Grange Hoheneichen the villages Rosenfeld, Wild Horst and Rastorfer Passau lie in the municipality.

Geography and transport
Rastorf is located on the main road 202 about a kilometer east of Raisdorf. The White Bridge on the Schwentine is one of the landmarks of the community. From 1910 to 1938 Rastorf had a station on the narrow gauge railway Kirchbarkau - Preetz Luetjenburg.
History
The name of Rastorf springs from the same well Rastorf. The first mention of the place Radesthorp ( clearing village) in the year 1224. 1232 he is mentioned as Rosendahl.
