West Fayu (also Piagailoe ) is an uninhabited atoll in the eastern part of the State of Yap, the Federated States of Micronesia, and thus belongs to the archipelago of the Caroline Islands in the Pacific Ocean. To distinguish it from the state to Chuuk associated and 500 km further east Atoll Fayu (East Fayu ) of the island 's name was prefixed West.

Geography

West Fayu is located 71 km north-east of Lamotrek, 82 km north- west of Satawal and 945 km east of the main island of Yap.
