1923–24 WCHL season
The season 1923/24, was the third regular season of the Western Canada Hockey League ( WCHL ). Masters were the Calgary Tigers.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Saskatoon Sheiks changed their name to Saskatoon Sheiks.
Mode
In the regular season, the four teams each completed 30 games. The top two teams then played in a playoff series in return game against each other, the team was the better goal from two games WCHL champion and in the Stanley Cup moved Challenge. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw one point and a defeat.
Course of the season
In the regular season the league as last year played in the same game plan with teams from the Pacific Coast Hockey Association. While she lost the majority of games last year, the WCHL teams could decide this season, 29 of 48 games against the PCHA competition for themselves.
