1970 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 17th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships were held from 22 - 27th October for the second time after 1922 in Ljubljana instead of 1970. Japan dominated the competitions of the men while the Soviet Union in the women's most successful nation.
