Ludmilla Tourischeva

Lyudmila Ivanovna Turischtschewa (Russian Людмила Ивановна Турищева, scientific transliteration Lyudmila Ivanovna Turiščeva; born October 7, 1952 in Grozny ) is a former Soviet gymnast. She was three -time Olympic medalist, World and European Champion.

In 1972, she won in Munich the Olympic Eight battle, 1970 and 1974 she became world champion in 1971 and 1973 European champion, in each case in the all around, all kinds of victories came in the individual disciplines (horse, uneven bars, balance beam and especially in the floor exercise, which was their strength ).
