The winner was the Spaniard Pedro Delgado won the mountain classification José Luis Laguía, the Sprint competition was won by Sean Kelly. Ronny Van Get triumphed in the meta Floaters - rating, Jesús Suárez Cuevas in the Sprint Especiales rating, Fabio Parra in the junior standings and the team ZOR bra in the team standings.
