1994 FIVB World Grand Prix

The 1994 season of the Volleyball World Grand Prix was the second edition of the competition. Brazil won for the first time the title. The German women dropped out with only one victory against Taiwan.

Mode

First, there was a qualifying round with four teams, one of which reached the top three the next round. Then three tournaments with four teams took place in parallel. The best three teams in the standings qualify alongside hosts China for the final round, which was " every man for himself " played according to the mode.
