1999–2000 Danish Superliga

The 1999/2000 season was the 10th season of the Danish Superliga, which was held by the Danish Football Association ( Dansk Boldspil - Union). The season started on 24 July 1999 with the game against Brøndby IF Lyngby BK and ended on 28 May 2000.

After the season

Herfølge BK could qualify 2000 /01 as Danish title for the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League. Brøndby IF managed to participate in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League 2000 /01. AB København and Viborg FF qualified for the first round of the UEFA Cup in 2000/ 01. Silkeborg IF qualified for the 1st and Aalborg BK for the 2nd round of the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2000.

Vejle BK and Esbjerg fB descend into the Viasat Sport Division.
