Airbus UK Broughton F.C.
Airbus UK ( officially: Airbus UK Broughton Football Club ) is a football club based in the Welsh town of Broughton in the county of Flintshire, which currently in the League of Wales, the highest Welsh League, plays.
History
The club was founded in 1946 as Vickers - Armstrong and has since been renamed several times. de Havilland, Hawker Siddeley, British Aerospace and BAE Systems were all former club name.
In 2000, the first time you stepped into the Cymru Alliance, the second highest Welsh league on. With the rise also the name of Airbus UK Broughton was adopted. Airbus UK played four years in the second division, before 2004, the Championship of the jump in the highest Welsh League, the League of Wales succeeded.
In the League of Wales, Airbus UK established after initial difficulties, as they escaped only narrowly relegation in the first two seasons. The best result was achieved by the club in the 2012/13 season, when they finished the season in second place behind the reigning champions The New Saints FC, the first time qualified for the UEFA Europa League.
