Alboraya

Alboraya ( Valencian Alboraia ) is a city in the province of Valencia, just north of Valencia itself. The population of the city grew from about 11,000 inhabitants in 1986 to 23 269 inhabitants on 1 January 2013. 2006, the proportion of the Valencian -speaking population was 58 %. Many apartments created here. The city is known mainly for the cultivation of chufa and originally from Alboraya drink Horchata de chufa. At the Metro Valencia Alboraya is connected since 2002.
