Amadeo (Cavite)

Amadeo ( officially: Municipality of Amadeo; Filipino: Bayan ng Amadeo ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Cavite.

Amadeo calls himself the "Coffee Capital of the Philippines ".

Amadeo is known for the Pahimis Festival which serves as a " showcase " for the local coffee industry and is usually held on the last weekend in February.

Neighboring municipalities are Silang in the East, Tagaytay City in the south, Indang in the West, Trece Martires City and General Trias in the north.
