Tanza, Cavite

Tanza (formerly Sta. Cruz de Malabon ) is a town in the Philippine province of Cavite.

In Tanza Emilio Aguinaldo put his oath of office as the first president of the revolutionary government of the Philippines. Tanza is also home town of Felipe G. Calderon, the father of the first Philippine Constitution.
