Anier García

Anier García ( born March 9, 1976 in Santiago de Cuba ) is a Cuban athlete who won the gold medal in the 110- meter hurdles at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. He was thus the second Cuban Olympic champion on a running track - by Alberto Juantorena 1976 (400 - and 800 -meter run ).

At the 1999 World Championships in Seville and 2001 in Edmonton, he came in second.

He was at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens at the big medal hopes Cuba and won the bronze medal.

Anier García has a competition weight of 79 kg at a height of 1.89 m.
