Babatngon, Leyte

Babatngon is a Philippine municipality in the province of Leyte on Leyte Island. It has 25,575 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 25 barangays. The community is described as partly urban and belongs to the fourth income class municipalities in the Philippines. Your neighboring municipalities are Tacloban City to the south, San Miguel in the southwest. In the north the municipality borders on the Bay of Carigara and on the east by the San Juanico Strait, which separates Leyte from the island of Samar.
