Barugo, Leyte

Barugo is a Philippine municipality in the province of Leyte on Leyte Island. It has 30 092 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 37 barangays. The community is described as partly urban and belongs to the fourth income class municipalities in the Philippines. Your neighboring municipalities are Carigara in the West, San Miguel in the east and Tunga in the south. In the north the municipality borders on the Bay of Carigara, which is a bay in the Samar Sea.
