Ben Arous Governorate
The Ben Arous Governorate (Arabic ولاية بن عروس, DMG Wilāyat Bin ʿ Arūs ) is one of the 24 governorates of Tunisia.
It is located in the north of the country and covers an area of 761 km ² ( 0.7 % of the national territory). Its population is 588 700. Capital is the same Ben Arous. The government was founded on 3 December 1983.
