Brandon Sugden

Brandon Sugden ( born June 23, 1978 in Toronto, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who was most recently at the Tulsa Oilers under contract.

Career

Brandon Sugden began his career as a hockey player in the Canadian Junior Football League Ontario Hockey League, where he was active from 1995 to 1998 for the London Knights, Sudbury Wolves and Barrie Colts. Then the winger was two years with the Dayton Bombers of the ECHL under contract, whereby he ran aground in the 1998/99 season in six games for the Cincinnati Cyclones in parallel in the International Hockey League. After he had been used only sporadically in the 2000/01 season in the ECHL clubs Tallahassee Tiger Sharks and the Peoria Rivermen, and the Worcester IceCats of the American Hockey League, he paused in the following season. He then accepted the offer of a contract the Dragons de Verdun of the Quebec Semi-Pro Hockey League. There he was able to recommend for an engagement with the AHL franchise in the Syracuse Crunch, where he ran aground 2003-2007.

During the season 2006/ 07 Sugden returned to Canada, where he was engaged by the Summum - Chiefs de Saint -Jean -sur- Richelieu in the now renamed Ligue Nord - Americaine de Hockey QSPHL. He stayed there for one and a half years before in the AHL for the Hartford Wolf Pack, he was in the 2008/ 09 season on the ice. The following season began the Canadians at the Hershey Bears in the AHL, leaving the later Calder Cup winner but after only eight inserts and Vityaz Chekhov joined from the Kontinental Hockey League.

In Vityaz Sugden was exclusively used as Enforcer ode plague, so that he only played 19 times, scoring one goal and gave a presentation. In addition, he received an average per game more than eleven minutes in penalties.
